Each pizza is 10-inch designed as an individual serving

Ginseng Spice and Mozzarella Soft mozzarella, garlic oil and a generous sprinkling of local 41 Degrees South ginseng spice, finished with shaved parmesan.

Marinated Lamb with Caramelised Onion Housemade napoli sauce, rosemary, thyme and garlic marinated lamb, caramelised red onion, danish fetta, solanato tomatoes, finished with fresh parsley.

Roasted Mushroom, Baby Spinach and Danish FettaWood fired portobello, paired with sweet baby spinach. housemade napoli sauce, mozzarella, danish fetta, garlic oil, pine nuts, finished with shaved parmesan and fresh parsley.

Tandoori Chicken Tandoori chicken, roasted capsicum, corn, mozzarella, finished with a fresh yoghurt and coriander sauce, and spring onion garnish.

Pork and Fennel Sausage with Nduja Housemade marinara sauce base, Mount Gnomon pork and fennel sausage mince, Casalinga nduja (spicy spreadable salami) bocconcini, mozzarella, finished with whipped R.Stephens honey and riccotta, fresh basil.
